NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF ARRIVES AT VIRGINIA CROSSINGS RESORT
August 2006 Richmond, Virginia – The Glen Restaurant at Virginia Crossings Resort welcomes Jonathan Todd Keegan as the new executive chef. Keegan’s repertoire boasts 22 years of diversified culinary experience and die-hard commitment to productivity. He is renowned for a vast knowledge of food and wine pairings, in addition to teaching sushi preparation techniques at a local Oriental market.
The Glen Restaurant currently features buffet dining in a sophisticated atmosphere. International and regional cuisine themes are showcased daily. Keegan plans to incorporate a classic fine dining approach by creating a more regal experience such as white-gloved wait staff at the Glen’s Sunday Jazz and Champagne brunch.
Keegan began his career in the early 1980’s and proceeded to work in various international localities in The Netherlands including Amsterdam and Vinkeveen. European experience includes Euro-Asian cuisine and training students in culinary internship programs.
